On 16 February 2024, a Chinese-Hungarian law enforcement summit was held in Budapest, where China’s Minister of Public Security, Wang Xiaohong, and the Hungarian Interior Minister, Sándor Pintér, signed agreements on strengthening law enforcement cooperation and joint patrols.
