We received the sad news that at 13 December our former board member Antero Laukkanen passed away at the age of 66 due to ALS. Antero Laukkanen was board member of Sallux from 2013 to 2022. We remember his deep faith that was an inspiration for all of us who had the privilege to work with him. We know that his faith gave him strength and that even in his last years he continued to uplift and encourage people to live close to Christ. His last message delivered to the European Prayer Breakfast participants at 3 December was an example of how he continued to be a witness even to the end. We wish his family and all who loved him strength and Gods presence in this loss. 
We also remember his funny sense of humor, his amazing kindness and his keen sense of the wider world beyond Finland and Europe.
