Sallux | ECPM Foundation Sallux is the political foundation for the European Christian Political Movement (ECPM). Sallux means “Salt and Light” and we want to spark a salted debate where needed and shed light on the issues we face. We present solutions by organising events and distributing relevant publications, and will not stay on the safe side of the status quo. Relational Research Relational Research, based in Cambridge, UK, is a not-for-profit think tank and incubator of organizations. Its task is to develop ideas and applications in the field of Relational Thinking. It carries out original research, and also incubates companies, social enterprises and NGOs that seek to apply Relational Thinking in their spheres of activity. Authors This publication has been written by: DAVID JOHN LEE read geography at Oxford University before going to Canada to study theology and taking up a career in writing. He has authored or co-authored several books, including The R Factor (1993) and The Relational Manager (2009), and written position papers on Relational Thinking and Relational Risk. He is also co-originator of the Relational Proximity® Framework. Resident for many years in France, he currently holds the position of Content and Conceptual Director for a major international leadership training group. Dr. PAUL MILLS joined the UK Treasury after completing his PhD at Cambridge University on non-debt financial thinking and systems. He specialized in government debt management, financial stability analysis and regulation. He joined the IMF and moved to Washington D.C. in early 2006 to work on global financial stability issues and the U.S. financial system. He returned to the U.K. in late 2009 to head the Fund’s London office focusing on financial market surveillance and stability analysis. He left the IMF in early 2017. Dr. MICHAEL SCHLUTER trained as an economist before working for the International Food Policy Research Institute and then the World Bank in East Africa. He is now a social entrepreneur and has launched charities engaged in international peace-building, alternative finance, and social policy. In 1994, he launched the Relationships Foundation. He is co-author of The R Factor (1993), Jubilee Manifesto (2005) and The Relational Lens (2017). An experienced international speaker, he was awarded a CBE in 2009.Organisations and Authors
